What can I say about BWW? The service is always OK. The wings are what bring us back. And of course I have to order the queso dip. The place is a bit cramped and when you have a bunch of people ordering a plethora of wings, the tables get cramped too. If you're craving wings, BWW is always a win. Dine or Dash? Dine, perhaps I will take everything to go.

Visited this place Sunday evening..not my first time but will definitely be my last. The service was terrible, the waiter was rude with a smart alleck attitude or maybe just his poor customer service skills were showing. After asking for assistance from other servers for refills or water, we received our food in a reasonable time. The 20 wings order were barely coated with sauce and we had to ask for 3 sides of sauce to coast them ourselves. In addition I didn't know there was a difference between a side salad and a garden salad, I received a quite large garden salad but did not question it until I saw the bill and was charged $8.99 for it. Had the waiter explained the salads to me I would have ordered the smaller one, which is what I wanted. Other servers were moving tables around for a bigger party and pushed in the chair of one of my guests who had left the table for a minute, so they can make some room....instead of asking if someone was sitting there. We finally paid our bill and left..running into the manager on our way out, we asked to speak with her. She said I'll be right with you and she never did attend to us. You can tell this place doesn't take pride in their customer service.

Come here if you have a lot of time to kill because you will be waiting for service a lonnnnng time. I'll get right to it, we sat ourselves in the bar dinning area, waited about 5 minutes for our waiter which was fine because they were busy and we had just walked in. I ordered a beer and a water, got my beer in no time but no water, I politely asked again and he said he'll bring it right out. 40 minutes go by and the waiter hasn't even come by to check on us or ask if we wanted to order food (which we did) Finally after being fed up we had to ask one of the servers to call our waiter, instead he went ahead and took our orders and got me my water in a no time, his name was Evan and he was very polite and helpful. Finally our waiter brings our food out and what a surprise, there's a hair in my ranch!! So I waited to ask for another and guess what, the waiter forgot about us again. And to top it off, every time I look over to the bar register I see Atleast 3 fucking waiters laughing and socializing like they're not at work. Now I don't expect above and beyond service but these guys can't even provide the bare minimum. You'll get better service at Taco Bell. After we got our check we asked for it to be split in two, the waiter charged me my half and charged my friend the full price of the bill ( trying to be slick? Idk I can't say for sure) he also failed to charge us happy hour prices for our drinks. One mistake? That's fine. Two mistakes? Eh your human, I don't expect perfection, but constantly dropping the ball and messing up to the point where you've put myself and everyone at my tables in a shit mood because of your shitty service is not acceptable to anyone's standards. I believe my waiters name was Andrew, tall Hispanic with slicked back hair. He was polite, but just clueless Management is failing miserably here Food:8/10 Beer: 8/10 Service: 1/10

Had a bad experience a year ago and decided to give it another shot. This time, it was even worse. Horrible service, unprofessional employees and low quality food. Fries are fried with old oil (my fries had black things on them), wings are dry and tasteless. One manager yelled at an employee in front of customers. My 15 minute phone order turned into a 1 hour order. NEVER eating there again. It's sad to say but even McDonalds has better customer service and food, even though I'm not a fan of them.

Wow... So we were convinced to sit outside by the host claiming that they also have great service outdoor. Well, so far it took 10 minutes before a server even came out to greet us and take our drink order. 10 minutes later here comes the drinks and to take our order. We sat down at 9:11pm. It's 10:18pm and all we got so far is our appetizer fried mushroom which tasted nasty and it smells like burnt plastic. This place is just all kinds of disappointment. By the way, the tables outside are sticky as hell, can someone please bring a new cup of hand wipes, we attempted to wipe the tables clean with them and now we don't have any to wipe our hands with after we eat our invisible wings.

Always go on Thursdays and Tuesdays for the discount of traditional wings! The boneless wings aren't as good in comparison. Wait is always long for dining in and take-out so never go on an empty stomach. Service is friendly & the place is usually rowdy during dinner time and when there's a game on. Try to go during happy hour on a weekday. :)

Worst service ever. Do not come here if you have a big party because they are unorganized.

  • Yuliya T.

I was not impressed. Not by the wings or the mediocre service. I got boneless wings because I don't like chewing on any bones and I assumed they were gonna be smothered in delicious blazing hot sauce. WRONG. A couple pieces were semi-dry and NOT covered in sauce. Besides the lack of sauce the chicken was ok. The service...... needs work. When people are just sitting there after finishing their meal, it's probably a sign they want to pay and leave. It took like 20 minutes to get the check and it wasn't even busy. REALLY? I could've left without paying and no one would've noticed. Not sure that I'll be back.

Unbelievably nasty wings. They are not kidding they are gigantic FROM a buffalo. They are buffalo big wings. Feels like I'm eating flesh. It is so nasty that I literally threw away most of my order. It was slimy with a sick feeling. I love wings but this place is a must NOT.

In spite of its huge array of Flat Screens TV's, this is one establishment that is more centered around sports fanatics, then true patriots of Chicken Wings. This was the first time I had come here, and it felt more like a Sports Bar, than a restaurant. Since everyone was focused on the Monitors showing sports, then the food that was getting cold in front of them. My wife commented why did people bring their kids just so they can watch sports instead of eating food. I'm sad to say, I won't be coming back here again... Now, the food was good, but it wasn't great.. the wings were good, but they only were good because they had different spices and seasoning. I just think this establishment, would do better if it had a seperate space for people who want to eat, and people that just want to watch sports.

If you love wings (duh), drinks, sports and loud, rowdy (and obnoxious) sports buffs shouting at large television screens, then BWW is your place! I mostly always avoid BWW because of the long waiting time on the days where there is a "good game" going on for I know I would be waiting around 30-70 minutes. The food: -Boneless wing and traditional wings with many sauces/rubs to choose from -Also have beef and pork sliders (mini burgers), salads; and a wide array of appetizers -Have a bar and on special days, there will be 30 beers on tap (check menu on table) -Lunch specials from 11-2 (ex: fries, 8 wings (boneless or traditional), and a drink for $7.99) -If one tries to order the hottest wing sauce, the staff will warn you more than once that it is extremely hot and (I heard) they make the consumer sign a waiver. Dining area: -There is a (very dimly lit) large dining area, with a fairly large bar area, and an outside patio with heaters -Projector screen/television screens inside and outside -A modern juke box near the bar -It is VERY loud on the nights with "big" games, and on the weekends -Friendly staff I like BWW far better than Wing Stop, but will highly consider Wing Stop when the wait time at BWW exceeds more than 40 minutes. Other than that, I like! ;)

Had some wings here today and they had quite the selection! Super tasty flavors, especially the Thai Curry and the Honey BBQ. Those were both pretty amazing! I would suggest anyone eating here who has a craving for wings... not sure of the other items served here, but wings are the thing at this place!

Foood is always good, if i ever get a chance to order. Our waitor "andrew" didnt see us for 20 mins. He also didnt know any of the rotating beer list. Our food literally took 35 mins to come out. We only ordered snack sized wings. Everytime i come here the service is TERRIBLE. I love the location and atmosphere, but it comes at a price at the west covina bww.

    (2)
  • Jo L.

I came here for their Wings Tuesday and it's 69 cent a wing and you must order a minimum of 5 wings per flavor. My bf and I ordered our favorites: asian zing, mango habanaro, and lemon pepper. We also wanted to try the new flavor, spicy garlic. Omg the spicy garlic was wayyyy too saucey, tangy, salty, and it made the wings super soggy. I regret ordering spicy garlic. As of any bww, I always sit at the bar since I don't have time to wait in line. The waiters and waitresses are nice here and there's a good amount of TVs.

Ordered a beer and the glass shattered on me, either the glass was old/cheap quality and needed to be replaced. Spilled all over me and the table, fell onto my phone and destroyed the speakers. Both the shift manager and general manager, Rona and Ana Garcia, handled the situation inappropriately and didn't cover our bill or pay for my phone damages. I have been a loyal customer for years but with this quality service it's worth me going somewhere else.

Horrible service. Takes like 30 minutes to get an appetizer. Tables are still sticky after being washed. Still waiting on main course. I'm pretty sure this is the last time I'm eating at this location.

i come here at least 1x-2x a week when wings are 0.69. my order is kind of strange but a majority of the servers get the order right. listen, if your wings are not up to snuff just ask for a new set of wings instead of bitching and complaining on yelp. the managers and staff are willing to accommodate and have no issues bringing a fresh set of wings if you're unhappy. the wait times can be a bit insane during game nights, otherwise, i love this place. have i had shitty service @ this location? rarely, but yes. have i had shitty wings @ this location? rarely, but yes. the fix has been very simple. on the rare occasion that i see a waiter/waitress that i'm not fond of i ask for a specific one. if my wings are unappealing i ask for a manager and get my wings corrected. believe me there is nothing i hate more than shitty service especially when i try and tip these fuckers on what the cost of the meal would be when wings are not on sale, but as a whole this location and the staff kick ass and do their best each time i'm there. i've been coming to this BWW since 2013 at least 45x a year and they get 5 stars from me. they never charge me extra for my weird order and they have free chocolate milk for kids. what more can you ask for?

Come here all the time, servers know me and my girl already. But some days are better then others. Today for example we came in a big group, ordered our beers, got ID'd and it happened to be someone in our party had an expired ID.... No big deal, our server refused to serve um even tho he had other forms of government issued identification. No big deal, an establishment can reserve service to anyone. Cool, forward another hour, beers been done for more then 15 minutes. Servers been chatting up with 2 guys at another table for the whole time I've been empty, NO BEER OR FOOD.... Till finally another server comes up and takes our order. So we order and after casually asked what happened to our previous server. Oh she asked me to serve you guys, cause she wasn't up to it. Well fine but don't leave me hanging for a whole hour and not return to ask if I was hungry or want another drink.... Seriously ERIKA, I think you need another job, and not in the food industry. Still enjoy the food and cold beer BWW has to offer but service today was wayyyy below par........ Thanks Quetzal for the OUTSTANDING service your providing our table and the patience your using with us...!!

Had a couple of bad experiences years ago (at other locations), but decided to give them a try again. Walk in, ask about seating, am told someone would be with me shortly. Wait a couple of minutes, another couple checks in, so I, feeling ignored, walk over to check in as well... and am promptly ignored in favor of the people behind me. Finally get the person to take my name, and it takes about 5 further minutes for me to be seated. (Mind you, a couple of minutes before I put my name in, there was no wait list whatsoever.) Am seated, and it takes a bit for the waitress to get to me. She answers my questions fine, and I settle in for another waitj for my soda, as well as an even longer wait for my food. (Get the direction this is going?) My food is served, and it is hot, so it hadn't been sitting too long, and the waitress apologizes. Then they have a shift change, and I'm introduced to the new waitress. Shortly thereafter, I run out of soda, and put my cup at the edge of the other side of the table, as sort of a signal that I need a refill. The server passes by once, twice, doesn't even acknowledge it. The third pass ... she asks if I need my check. Well, I had finished by that point, so at least she did notice that. I indicate that I am ready for the check, and she says she'll bring it right out. One return to her area, two returns, three returns to help her other tables ... and still no check for me. And still no asking if I wanted a refill on my soda, but by this time, I just want out. Finally, on her fourth return, she remembers, and pulls out the folio. I hand her my card, and at least she is prompt in getting it back to me in her next return to the area. The food was the same, nothing special.

Wings are always good, I love getting the soft pretzels, they are delicious, their veggies are always crisp, been here twice, the servers have been very nice and attentive, I will keep coming back to this location

I hate to generalize but I'm starting to believe that this franchise has the worst customer service out of any restaurant I've ever been to. The host was not friendly nor attentive and made hesitant to ask her questions. Also, she had a soft voice which made it difficult to hear in such a loud ambiance. Clearly she was overwhelmed and if that's the case then perhaps a busy establishment like Buffalo Wild Wings is not the place for her. I hope she grabs a beer after work; maybe some wings too if it was a really bad day.

Came here about two week ago. The vibe is pretty cool, if you're a sports-fan. Pros: *Outside sitting *Plenty of TV's *Wings are pretty good *Plenty of Parking *Good selection of beer *Wings are okay Cons: *Service is not the greatest... at all *2 hr wait for a party of 14 *They don't take reservations *Make sure you order everything at once because you will have to wait 20 mins or more for every request even if it's water

I came in for lunch with a friend and we were greeted by a young man and were seated promptly. Ami was our server, she was nice and answered all of the questions we had. I ordered the lunch item of the 10 piece wings with fries, which is $9.99. My friend ordered two 6 piece wings with a side of fries. Our food took at leat 15 minutes or so to come out. Since it was a busy lunch rush it made sense. When our food arrived, the wings were kind of lacking on the sauce. I wish they had more on them. I think my fries could have been a bit warmer but maybe that's just me. Service was fine.

Wait time is crazy, especially on Tuesday nights. I never wait for a table (1 hour wait time is common) and usually go straight to the bar. You'll probably be standing for about 10mins, never too long. Wings are always ON POINT. Favorites include spicy garlic, hot, and if you like it a lil sweet, either carribean jerk or honey bbq. Brian and Alyssa are both super efficient at being bartenders. Great times and meals always had here at bdubs, aside from the wait time.

    (5)
  • David S.

The server was great. She was friendly but not too friendly. She visited our table the perfect amount of times so I didnt have to wait for anything. The wings were fresh and tasted great, although there was one out of both batches that were half seasoned. We also got an order of potatoe wedges with cheese, we were not disappointed one bit. The wedges were fresh, although at the botton there was plenty of tiny pieces, the pieces on top were big and delicious. It was busy for a Tuesday mid day, I think there was a soccer game going on. But regardless I did not have to wait long and was quickly served. Two things that brought this rating dnown were, the restroom- the trash was full and it seemed to be the other one, and the menu- the ones we were holding were greasy and the ones that sat on the table end with the ketchup were stained with some sort of food splatter that looked caked on. So BWW in order to get the full stars based on my experience, place an extra trash can by the door (and dont let them stay full for long), and clean your menus often (preferably after each use, you dont know if I picked my nose!).

Buffalo Wild Wings is well known as good food but horrible service but yesterday when I visited this location was way worst than i expected it. Sitting at a table in the bar area for 30 minutes and no service so far. Sweet Finally got service after 45 minutes. They added on to our order, and got 3 things wrong. Not surprised though. That's usually how bww in west co works.

Place is pretty hit and miss, and more on the miss part. Usually messy and dirty than other BWW's, and the service at this location kind sucks. The miss part. Typical for this locations to have fights so not the best BWW's to go too if you feel like B-dubs.

Small place, they took too long to get us seated and served. Customer service is horrible!!! Not once did they come back to ask if we found everything okay. Do not come here!!! Go to la puente they provide better service than this place.

Really disappointed in tonight's lack of service at your West Covina location. Two large parties that arrived after our party were seated before us. We were then sat a table that apparently didn't allow a car seat sling even though we had a baby in our party. So we couldn't sit there. By this time we had waited over 40 minutes, Including the table fiasco. I asked for the DM's number only to wait another 5 minutes. Rena came out with the # and Nick is behind her rolling his eyes and making faces. As we are leaving Nick and another employee are laughing. Because I'm sure this was all so hilarious. Horrible. I'll be calling Ann Garcia tomorrow morning. Last time your restaurant gets my business. Btw, restaurant wasn't busy. And no one apologized. Left on post on their facebook page and directed to a link by BWW where I can send a submission. Link didn't work or accept my submission. Awesome. Keep up the great work BWW!

  • April D.

Every time I come here it's always very busy, which is a good thing until the wait to get a table is 30-45 minutes. Aside from that, the service is great and the food is delicious.

Never been treated so poorly in my life...the waiter who served us lacked experience and was extremely disrespectful to my group by accusing us of not paying our tab and charging for items that i didnt order. His inability to communicate properly and resolve the issue led him to get his management who in return acted in an unprofessional manner and seemed intimidated by our appearences as if we were going to do something inappropriate so they called the police which led to my group being escorted out and said that we we're not welcomed back....this location is the nearest from our home and we are regular customers to which we have never failed to pay for our meals. What ever happened to proper communication and to the customer is always right?

Management has made changes the waitress said. Now you have to order 15 boneless wings to have two different types of flavors. You need to order 12 traditional wings to have 2 different flavors. You can't get the lunch special with 2 flavors... At the Irvine and Buena Park location I can split them every 5 wings.

  • Jackie T.

Out of all the Buffalo wild wings establishments this one is by far the best one I've been to. I came with a group of 6 and they told us that the wait might be a bit long so we were deciding if TGI Fridays would be better. After 15 minutes they decided to give up someone else's table since their whole party of 10 wasn't all there. The waitress who served us that nice was extremely patient and nice. She had to endure cat calls and rude customers shouting ," Ay!" at her instead of, " excuse me" , trying to get her attention. She refilled our waters without wait and was kind enough to split our checks for us, remembering what we all got. I wished I remembered her name. Food was the same as all the other places so nothing special.

Poor service!!! My co workers and I went there at 8:40 and waited til 10:30 just to get seated!!!! There was 30 of us and they don't take reservation!!!

We were waiting to be seated for a half an hour and one of the waitress told us we had to wait outside to be seated and we told them we had a 7 year old boy with severe asthma and that he gets sick easilly and they still had us kicked out even the manager. I understand there was a fight match going on but why would you kick out a kid who has asthma. Both waitress and manager began to talk rude to us and said there was kids outside too to take our kid somewhere else, well why wont you guys put heaters outside for these families with kids to wait and not freeze outside where its 40 degrees?. Was going to be my first time at Buffalo wild Wings but not anymore. Managers name is Valentin.

I used to come here all the time, now I think I'll steer clear. After a pretty rough Saturday I decided to get some wings and wedges to go to cheer me up, but I think I could have gotten a better experience from Frozen wings from Walmart. The wings after a 5 minute drive home were cold with barely any sauce on the traditional flats I ordered... And the BBQ boneless I ordered were mostly just breading... I opted for the cheese wedges which alone were 5 dollars. The grand total came to 28 dollars!!!! For 18 wings and a small side of "cheese wedges." The food was absolutely terrible, but the customer service was pretty good. The kid working to go was pretty cool but yeah the food just kinda was terrible. Dry, cold wings... Small amount of meat for boneless Cheese wedges had like no cheese and were nasty hardened wedges that looked like it would have been value menu sized. I used to frequent this spot and always was satisfied, but this past Saturday night was so bad it overshadowed every other time I went there. Teach the cooks how to prepare food, only reason why I still ate it was it cost like 30 bucks and I'm glad I didn't get sick.

The food is awesome and all, but the service here is HORRIBLE! They don't care about their customers and only stand there to chat with other employees, it's like the customers don't even exist, and may I add that my party and I sat there for an hour without any one attending to us on a Wednesday at 3pm. Then, an hour later, we had 3-4 different waiters "serving" us. Horrible experience. Good food but bad service.

Great wings, great environment. However, VERY POOR MANAGEMENT at this location. I had an incident getting overcharged and the way this management team handled my situation was ridiculous. The situation lasted about two+ weeks! Not only were they rude and yelling, but I also never received my gift card "for the inconvenience". Val and Ann need coaching...ASAP.

The servers are some hotties. (They're the 3 stars) Zero stars for the food. I always get stale fries! Whether I eat in or order for pick up. Sometimes the wings are cold too. So disappointing because the food is so tasty.

I really like BWW, but the West Covina store has gone GHETTO with people and GHETTO with their staff! Too bad, cause I love to have a good wing place for football season...will not comeback. Last, all others I have been to have a happy hour, this one does not. Seating is crammed...do not come here.

Buffalo Wild Wings is a hit or miss, especially at this location. The service is always subpar - I have yet to have an experience where the greeter or waiters are great in customer service. Upon walking in, you will usually notice a very crowded 'waiting' area that is pushing people out the front door. It is usually a mix of people that order takeout because they don't care to wait and dine at an establishment that delivers subpar and slow service and people actually waiting to dine with subpar service. Then you see the people behind the counter that are so busy answering phones that they hardly tend to you upon arrival. This might be a staffing issue but is taking a toll on customer satisfaction so they need to work on that. The food is good, if you like wings fried in flavored batter. I love that they have a lot of different flavors for wing-lovers. Their happy hour and lunch specials are worthy of a visit. Their margaritas are actually really tasty and are around $3. The rest of the stuff on the menu is kind of pricey considering that wings are prepared in batches and should be cheap. Tues-Thurs entertains deals on wings for around 60ish to 70 cents now. I recommend their Garlic Parmesan and Jammin' Jalapeno flavors for wings. The environment is of course, loud. You can't really expect anything else in a place that has a full bar, lots of men, beer, loud music, HUGE tvs, and wings. It's a social environment and is pretty group-friendly but it gets rowdy on some days. I've visited the Burbank BWW to find out that that particular location actually has good service. The bartender there called the West Covina location 'HOOD'. I laughed. I suppose it depends what day you go if you're trying to avoid 'hood' people. Still funny. I'd recommend trying BWW at least once.

Slow, slow, slow service, very disappointed... We were here about a week ago for my close friend's b day dinner. The place wasn't packed, so that was a good sign right? shouldn't have problems with orders and stuff right? wrong! We ordered some drinks to start off before they took our orders on food. We ordered some waters and my friend ordered their Fruity Pebble tasting ale beer, we figured we share one since i was driving but wanted to sip on it. Waters came out, but I kid you not, 25 minutes for a damn beer, absurd! It wasn't until my friend and I threw a bitch fit about that that miraculously the beer came out on the spot. Listen, I understand that sometimes its busy and can be a little hectic to keep track of orders and stuff, but when its not busy and its just one beer, doesn't take almost half an hour for it.... Food tasted good, everything else was ok after, but honestly people, Customer Service is key. I don't know how many times I preach it. You got to be on top of that, if not, guess what, angry customers and bad reviews...

I usually don't waste my time leaving negative remarks, but today it felt like I had to! I'm a manager at local business and I just ordered lunch for a staff team of 15 people! It wasn't cheap, but the price wasn't the issue! It took over an hour to get our order and that wasn't the issue either. When I got back to the store I noticed the fries were missing and we got very few drums in our order of 80 wings! When I called back I spoke to an Anne and she wasn't a bit apologetic and just offered me a refund of the fries, and that's all! No fries and no drums! Very disappointed with BWW! You need to cherish your customers because without them, there's no you!

It was a busy night and we were waiting outside along with other people too. Some people who were already seated in the outside seats were being dicks and yelling racial slurs to everyone who passed by the restaurant. When we finally got seated (told 25 mins but waited 45mins), I told our seater Adam what they were doing outside; basically disturbing other potential customers waiting to be seated. I guess Adam didn't get that and said immediately "YOU MEAN THE BIKERS? OK? WELL I CANT DO ANYTHING ABOUT THAT TO THEM." Yes I know Adam that you can't kick them out right away, you didn't really have to give me an attitude about it. However, when a customer is being offensively rude to other customers you should notify your manager immediately which you probably did not do. I was looking the whole time and didn't see you for the first five minutes or so talk to another employee. I may be wrong, maybe you did tell your manager; however you need to notify the manager of the problem right away and not minutes later. You guys need to take care of your customers more and be aware of what's happening. Luckily we received another waitress to help our table. She was nice as always and helped deliver our drinks fast. The wings however were a bit dry, no sauce, got a lot of ranch from our waitress though. So, in summary: -Sketchy place, hostility, and maybe even dangerous place to be near midnight. -Good # of wing choices, but they were dry -Adam, our seater, didn't care. -Your saving grace was your waiter, or else I woulda have definitely gave it like a -2/5. -Probably will never come here again, and advise you to choose a different wing place.

I HATE THE SERVICE DON'T COME HERE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! The service is horrible had the worst experience ever. Was here 10/23/14 and the service was by far the worst I have ever experienced ,KRISANDRA was my waitress and she decided to assume I threw my debit card at her and she started calling me a b**** ( verbally attacked me) in front of many other customers. I spoke with Val and a young manager and they didn't seem to care. I had to talk to Ana the General Manager and she was very nice. Krisandra made sure we had a horrible night we asked her for forks about 5 times and never brought them and made sure she ignored us. We were here about 4 hours and only had two rounds of drinks. I HOPE she doesn't work her anymore because if she curses at customers and they have her there, shows how much management cares about customers.

Shitty wings but will always remake if you ask them not to mention overpriced asf servers should be fired for exactly how helpful they are

I got the SLOWEST WAITRESS. She took 10 minutes to get our drinks. And the place was EMPTY. And the bartender was EXTREMELY rude. Not to mention the hostess said my friend whom was 20 could sit in the bar section but was DENIED! Doesn't even deserve 1 star...

After a freak occurrence of Norm's being closed for maintenance, we had to find somewhere else to continue our tradition of late night grubbing before a friend went back to the army. We were seated right away on a Monday around 10pm, but the place was still pretty packed. From the get go, our server seemed a little annoyed -- it must suck to work the late night shift, but it's your job...don't take it out on us! Anyway, we got 2 large platters of traditional wings to share between 5 people, which came out to about 8 wings per person. Doesn't sound like a lot, but when you get 'em spicy, you fill up quickly. For some reason, the wings just weren't that good. They weren't bad, and I honestly don't know why I found them lacking. My favorite flavors were the Asian Zing and Garlic Parmesan. My least favorite was the Lemon Pepper -- too dry and a bit flavorless. We ordered the limited edition Salted Caramel but we got a double order of Honey BBQ instead, and were too lazy to say anything to our server. Too bad, I really wanted to try that one! We also got the limited time Ghost Pepper -- oh my goodness. I saved this one for last so it wouldn't ruin the other flavors for me, and I was so scared! The other people in my party - all boys - looked like they were going to die from pain and were gulping water and ranch like there was no tomorrow. I chickened out a bit by wiping off excess sauce and drenching it in ranch before I ate it, and even then the burn was practically unbearable! And yes, it builds with time too. Just breathing made it burn more! Thank goodness I saved this one for last, because I definitely could not eat anything after, what with all the water I drank and the fire my stomach was enduring. (You think I'm over exaggerating -- I'm not.) As a friend said, it wasn't good, just burned. You couldn't even taste anything through that heat.

This review is written based on my experiences in the bar and hightop area. On more than one instance one of their bartenders, Mario I believe, saves seats for his friends. I've stood around waiting for a place to sit while he has sodas saving seats at the corner of the bar or the entire table at the end of the bar. On one occasion the manager was in on it as well. People kept sitting at the table with two waters and Mario kept telling them it was taken. Finally the manager brought out chips and salsa to place on the empty table. I watched that table sit there with water and chips for 45 minutes before someone showed up. If you sit at a high top good luck. Service is so slow,, I think you'd be better off ordering take out and bringing it back to your table.

My family and I decided to come here for some wings and football. The signature tv filled room was on point for one of our top priorities. We got seated right away, and are waiter was just as quick. The wings were good, as well as the chicken tenders. The only downside was that when we decided it was about time to leave, we told are waiter no more boxes but we are ready to go. We noticed that she came out with food for others, and never quite got to us. We ended up asking another waitress to give us the bill, which she did right away, and apologized for our waitress. I understand that she was busy, and had a lot of tables to serve, but it would have been nice to get our bill and go.

This location has given nothing but issues over the past year and it is quite unfortunate that they don't seem to care. I have expressed my negative experiences with several of the managers but nothing changes. The only way I keep going back is because they are the only local restaurant that is open as late as they are. I have had this location: *Overcharge me by $140 *overcharge me by $60 and tell me that I was not looking at my bank information right and that I was wrong *forget my food all together *(and just today) I called in to ask if my order was ready only to have a rude and ignorant female staff answer the phone. (I am a graduate student with a paper that was due at midnight but wanted to rush over and pick up food) she said "they give you an estimated time of 15-20 minutes from when you hang up so if it's been 15-20 minutes it should be ready" I responded that I was well aware but since I was in a hurry I wanted to make sure it was ready, all she said was "it should be ready" I get there and I get the same girl who answered and I let her know I was there to pick up and she says "oh it's not ready because it's been very busy and they just put in the order" I was very irritated and told her that this was why I called in the first place. She was laughing and said I was rude ! Yes I was upset and no not going to be nice while you're smiling like an idiot to my face and laughing at the level of stupidity that you reached. Laughing and smirking and calling a customer rude because of your own ignorance? Not a good way to keep customers or bring in prospect consumers.

I came in durning my lunch break since I work a block away, and I got Shelby as my server. Now I have never had an issue at BWW, but shelbys service was above and beyond! She is the best server I have had in a really long time, she was personable, friendly, and smiling. She made note I was in for lunch and my food came fast. She said the blue moon sauce was a great choice and it truly was amazing! She grabbed a refill for me with out asking as if she read my mind. Great store and great food!!

Came in. Sat down pretty quick . The decide was great. The food too 25-30 min to come out. It was cooked perfectly It was late night, not much people . Soooo the manager decided it was on the house because if the long wait. We did not complain at all they just decided to take care of the check for us ! Was supper surprised and happy !! I love this place !!! Left a good tip. The meal was about 30-40 dollars. Bit they took care of it :) thanks you BWW !!!!

The staff at this location were without a doubt trained by monkeys. My server sat me down and neglected my date and I for 15minutes. We had our menus closed and we were not on our phones so it was obvious that we were ready to order. Needless to say, I flagged down another server to find mine and she responded with "I'm not your server" ....WTF??? Anyway, 15min mark, my server appears and apologizes for the wait claiming it to be very busy. We ordered 20 wings. Food took 30min to come, not even exaggerating. Our wings were obviously ready for awhile because they served them to us cold! Very dissatisfied, I asked for our check. Took another 25minutes to deliver the check but returned my credit card promtly. Slow service but quick to take my money huh? Never coming back again.

Great place to hang out with a group of friends who are into sports. Keep that in mind, and you wont be disappointment about the noise. After all, it is a sports bar, of course it's loud in there. The wings were a-kay. Not the best, but not to bad to complain about. Our server was nice. Not much to say... I will go back.

I will never go back here Always have had decent service at this location until tonight when we originally had a group of 7 which by the time the rest of the group arrived grew to 15 And they refused to accommodate the group for seating because they supposedly had a party of 16 waiting to be seated but only 4 people were waiting out in the waiting area? Don't know where the guy gets to feed me a total line of Bs (Edwin) (host) that they can't skip people but I apparently see there was not 16 people waiting Bww has lost a major group of the car scene in the area and world will spread fast especially when we would visit 2-3 times a week It's completely unable to recover from this screw up

Slow service for a wing and bar place. Disappointed for my first time here. Not sure if this is a standard for all Buffalo Wildwings but not acceptable. No matter how good the food is, if it takes an unreasonable time to prepare dampens everything. Not coming back here.

My sister and I went by to watch the All Star game and had several types of wings ....they were delicious! Our waitress was great she was very attentive at all times. There was a incident that accured...a man had to many drunks he fell twice. People quickly picked him up and made sure he was alright! The manager NEVER left his side! He gave him food to assure he won't leave! Manager I salute you for doing the right thing with the customer, you not only saved his life....you saved someones's life too! The restaurant businesses need more people like him!!! Touché manager !

Love coming here with friends Wednesday or Thursday nights wings are like 65 cents and drinks are cheap for happy hour! The only bad thing can be the wait!

    (5)
  • Nicole F.

Food is meh. Wings are tiny, but they do have a great selection of sauces. Our wings came out semi-cold and waited approximately 25 minutes to get our food. So our food must have been chillin on the counter or something. Another waiter passed by numerous times, saw us waiting too, but never had the audacity to even ask if we were okay. Whatever. We ask for the check and wait another 20 minutes because why? Well our server comes back he apologizes and says he thought we paid already. Oh and while we waited for those 20 minutes to pay, the other waiter passed us numerous times as well! No teamwork here, huh BWW? ... But hey, at least he was friendly.

    (1)
  • Elaine M.

Food is pretty good but the service here is horrible. Staff stares wondrously, and so far with a poor attitude. You don't want to be a server, do t be a fricking server. I pay for done good food and at least done decent service, but every time, BWW fails me. In blaming management because they are in charge of hiring the employers here! The women here actually acknowledged me when I entered but the males around here need to get some schooling in quality service.

    (1)
  • Sabrina K.

No matter which location I visit, the service is slow. I have come to expect that and it has kind of become comedic to me and my friends. My visit last night was by far the worst complete with cold, soggy food, and an incredibly long wait (it was a take out order that was said to be ready in 15-20 minutes and I waited a total of almost 45). Disgusting waste of money.

Been here 3 times and have had great service all three times. Wings are good, but I've had better. The staff are very friendly, specially the guys and of course our waitress today was awesome! I forgot her name. They have a good amount of TVs, good music and good vibes. The margaritas are not strong at all, but they are delicious. Good happy hour spot!

Me and my friend came in this past Tuesday after getting some of the worst service at the Hooters down the street on Garvey. We came in hungry and angry, but our Waitress Cristina rocked. We told her our story about how we were forgotten for close to a hour at Hooters and she delivered with some amazing service. Mind you it was super packed. That didn't stop her from still being super awesome. We ordered our food which came out really fast. Those caramel BBQ and Asian Zing are excellent. Fried Pickles are amazing as well. We experienced some amazing service and had some good food. That Hooters needs to take notes on how to run a restaurant because Buffalo Wild Wings is killing it.

Great food paired with terrible service is the worst thing ever because you always want to go back for the grub, but dread having to deal with the lackluster hosts/servers who clearly don't care about their customers. Every once in a while you get a diamond dozen who are attentive, but even then you're still the one waving them down and asking for things instead of having them check on you. I go to this location plenty of times simply because it's the closest to my house and I always have cravings for their wings, but every time I decide to go I have to mentally prepare and brace myself for the impending awful service. I've complained to the managers several times about different issues -- hosts ignoring me/my party upon walking through the door and giving us attitude about seating, servers taking half an hour (and sometimes more) just to acknowledge us and ask us for drinks, food coming out cold, one wing being huge and another that's clearly just batter yet it still constitutes a piece in your wing batch, asking for things like sauce/napkins/etc. only to not get them at all, and so much more that's just crazy to me how management can be this bad and there is nothing being done to improve it. Even the managers seem to wave you off with an apathetic "I understand and we apologize," but it's clear that they just want you out of their hair. Unfortunately I'll keep coming back because I love these wings THAT much, but if you come here prepare yourself for the worst service and people who couldn't care less about their jobs. Ever.

I normally don't like to post bad reviews on here. I haven't really come across a horrible experience that has made feel obligated to warn people. Now this place, any time I've been here, they draaaaaaag, like seriously take forever with carrying out the food! I'm usually pretty patient, but they take way too long here. Even when it's not that busy. The employees are nice and respectful, but still, the wait here is ridiculous compared to other Buffalo Wild Wings. My boyfriend has also been here and disappointed with the time he had to wait.

    (2)
  • Byron C.

Service is spotty, however on NBA game nights, the wait is long and overflow stand or its in the bar sections where the patrons can be rude. The waiters and waitresses, overwhelmed by the crowd do not do anything to address the issue. Tonight I had situation where I asked a another patron if we could share a large table that was half open In the bar section. The patron agreed to share the table, and a few mins later, as we getting ready to order, the waitress came by and asked us to leave the table stating that this was their (the patrons we asked to share) table. Refusing to take our order, I assumed the waitress was acting on behalf of the patron who changed their mind about sharing a table. Non the less, the food is expensive during non happy hours, the patrons are rude and the wait is long. Dalia's is right next door, and less stressful.

Pro: 1) delicious wings Cons: 1) rushed the blazing wings challenge considering how I didn't finish my food yet. 2) unorganized with receipts distribution Buuuut the food was great and there were so many Tv's that had different channels so my attention wasn't focused on the other minor problems

This place is delicious. I love watching basketball here. I've only went here once and it's not as good as Alondras at Alhambra in my opinion. Cheese fries looks gross and doesn't give a lot of cheese. The wings are delicious but they're not as big as Alondras . The service is alright . It's slow . Some flavors are delicious and some Leave my mind questioning why would they make this flavor . I'd come here again !

7:30pm phoned in for an order of wings to go. Drove up and a fight broke out. Once again they are over serving kids alcohol. GHETTO stay away!!! Guy gets stabbed in front of the building cops all over the place definitely not children friendly.

  • Eileen N.

Service here is complete shit. Only been here a few times and keep trying to give it a chance but there seems to be no improvement whatesoever. It took me two hours to get a fork and a refill even though I nicely asked for it at least four times. The waitress spilled out drinks on the table (which is fine, people have accidents) but she didn't even bother to clean it up... Everything would be excusable if the place was super busy, but each time I've been here, waiters were just chilling on the sides talking. The manager here seriously needs to keep their employees in check because they are not doing their job.

Went here with a party of 3 around 3:15 pm, & the wait here is ridiculous. The seating wait wasn't to bad. But the wait to get attention from a server was HORRIBLE. We waited seriously 15 minutes just to get 3 cups of water. And for it being 3:15 pm the servers weren't even busy! It doesn't make sense. I love bdubs but I think I've experienced better service at different one. Servers need to stop talking and start getting their tables their drinks!

Came for dinner and a drink tonight. Sat for almost 20 minutes, watched every table around us waited on, spoke to two different servers, and still did not even get our dirty table wiped. Had to ask a third server to bring me a manager to speak to, but who found the situation funny, and laughed. As if service was not bad enough already, the audacity of this server is unbelievable. Worst experience of any restaurant, by far! I WAS a loyal customer. Decided not to eat here, and go home without dinner, unfortunately, but had to voice my concerns to the manager, at the least.

This place is ratchet on a Sunday. I pulled into a parking spot and the music was blasting. Is this a club event? Three gals just dancing and drinking in the patio area. I go inside and the bass of the sound system was thumping. Bar area was crowded for a Sunday. I've been to this location three times. Once when they opened. Another time on a Sunday when it was calm. And then today, a Sunday, where ratchetivities were going on. Nonetheless, the food is typical BWW. A small (approx. 10 wings) order of wings and a large basket of potato wedges is enough to feed two people comfortably for just about 20 bucks.

    (2)
  • Timothy V.

No need to wait half an hour for a table, sit down at the bar where you get service with a smile. Our waiter was fast and friendly. The TV's are a little noisy at times but create a fun environment. Wings are by far a must to order. A medium size and a beer is plenty for two.

    (5)
  • Charles V.

Terrible service!!! ...it goes something like this, " Hi, can I start you off with something to drink? .....Sure 2 waters and a Corona. Ok, I'll bring those right up...................2hrs later ok here ya go. ..THE END .

    (2)
  • Janica D.

Our server and hostess were extremely nice. Especially the hostess. She even gave us a bowl of water for our dog. However, the manager rushes out of the patio and rudely spoke to us about our dog AFTER we ordered. Why couldn't you say anything before ? And there aren't a no smoking sign so we decided to smoke (hence we sat on the patio, duh) and he made us kill it and said that we have to go outside to tie our dog. I wouldn't mind if he says it nicely but he was so rude about it. I'll definitely get his name and update this review. Don't be a manager if you lack manners.

    (1)
  • Zerlina L.

I always forget how expensive the food here is. The traditional wings are not to bad and have full of sauce if you choose to get that. There is a lot of meat on the wings so that a point. I also ordered the corn dog which is overpriced. The corn seem like the mini corn dog you get at the market and reheated then charged like a full meal price. No worth it at all. Do not get the cherry limeade unless your idea of it is sprite and heavy syrup. The color was off too. Much better cherry limeade elsewhere and your just better off get another fountain drink.

Ok I have been to a fair share of Buffalo wild wings and I would have to say bryan the bartender at this one showed me and my family the best service I have ever gotten at bww. He went above and beyond to make my experience the best from fixing and order that the cooks messed up and had it fixed immediately. Our drinks never got below half way before we had it filled up with out asking. It was on point never issued a beat and after being busy and filling other drinks orders he socialized with us and never had a dry moment. Bryan is the man you wanna have serve you it will be an experience you will remember. Thanks bryan I will be back because of how you did your job.

Love BWW but this location gets really crowded. The staff crew are very slow and lack manners. Don't eat in the bar area past 10pm, the area is completely taken over by young adults ( very sketchy)... I don't like eating with a view of cheap slutty hoes... Not cute ladies. Glass is always on the floor so don't wear sandals. Also, please get a new bartender your mixed drinks need a lot of work.

Been coming here for quite a while now. Pros: 1. Good food! Besides the wings, which are delicious, the food in their menu are mostly tasty! I always get onion rings with my wings. 2. Location. 10 minutes from my house. When I'm having a midnight munchie and crave wings, this is my go to place. 3. Sauces: nothing beats bww sauces and flavors. Just beat. Cons: 1. Service is substandard. I sat with a couple of friends and it took 15 mins just for us get started with drinks. We asked our server at one point, for a round of waters, and he never came back. 2. Some of the wings have hair on them. I mean we get it. Most wing places started injecting their poultry with anabolic steroids. But hair? Seriously? 3. Last con is a minor one. But music is a little too loud. Overall: 3/5. If it wasnt for the awesome flavors and good onion rings, i'd rather go next door. Where they have jack daniels sauce

Their pulled pork sandwich was quite delicious. Just the right amount of tanginess and tenderness characteristic of pulled pork. I also ordered the fried pickles which was pretty good as well. Tried one of their sliders as well which I liked. The service was attentive and it was easy to order additional drinks. Will definitely go again.

This place has a pretty chill atmosphere, there service here is pretty good for most part, there happy hour special from 2 PM to 7 PM is great. Most beer here they have it on tap, where other places don't. Over all this place is not bad I would return for another happy hour moment.

Came here last night w a group of friends. It was pretty packed for a Tuesday night. Our waiter came by & asked us what we wanted to drink. He wasn't very friendly but whatever's. The drinks came kinda slow but again, it was pretty busy so I understood. Service was okay. I never come to BWW expecting excellent customer service. It's always the same type of service.

Dope place to chill, eat and drink beer while watching sports. They have fast service. All the staff members are really nice. The food is great, it's always serves hot. And drinks are always served icy cold. Best chill spot to hang with your friends or go on a date with that special someone lol.

The service was pretty bad. The waitress who served us never checked how we were doing. She gave us attitude when we asked her for water. She forgot our nachos and veggie sticks and when we told her about it, she didn't bother to apologize. We talked to the manager and ended up getting a discount. We definitely didn't tip.

I understand that it's game night and it's busy. Do your thing. But if you seat a table and refuse to acknowledge them for 15 minutes (after the game has long ended).. and the guest has to flag someone down, that is not okay. Someone sat my party and I down, and that was it. Didn't ask if we wanted water or anything. Then to only have to wait to call a servers when two of them looked directly at us. No smile. No acknowledgement. We ordered wings and appetizers.. wasn't asked if we wanted the appetizers first, so we had to wait for that to come with our wings, which took a long time (excusable for coming out if a game, kinda) and it tasted burnt. No utensils, had to get it ourselves. And was pretty much left alone the entire meal. Not one person checked up on us.. nothing. I tried stacking up all our finished baskets and trash thinking they would come take it away and give us the bill, but nope. Nothing. I went up to the front desk to order wings to go- I did get a signal that he knew I was there, but it took so long that I ended up leaving. We finally get the check and it was wrong. Someone finally came to pick up the trash. Thoroughly upset and appalled by today and this bww. I decided that I won't be coming back here.. for a long time, if not ever.

I have been to BWW twice and i loved it despite the waiting time during happy hours. My all time favorite is the Asian Fusion. My second favorite is the Honey Bbq. Ive also tried the Mango Habanero. Although it was delicious, I couldn't handle the heat. It was spicier than Hot Cheetos obviously haha. So if you think you can handle something spicier than Hot Cheetos, i guess you could try the Mango Habanero. Their seasoned fries are also good as well.

Wings are good so I have this place a 2 star instead on 1 but don't waste ur time on anything else on the menu.. Besides the menu the service is the worse u will ever get.. I can't speak for all waiters but the time I have been here I have had bad service.. Wouldn't recommend..

Foods too expensive for the quality that they serve, but they have big screens and a pretty good selection on draft. But the "restaurant" experience is sub part at best.

I've been here numerous times, wing Wednesday, happy hour on Thursday. Or Tuesday. This place has never failed me. Service ranges from good to fair. Drinks are tasty! I always get the same thing mango habanero. This place brings back good memories drinking with buds til last call and blazing wing challenges. I try to come down at least 3 times a month. Me and my friends have never had a problem. Will continue to come here.

The worst service ever. Under staffed, very little to no seating available, bad management. Went on a Sunday morning to watch a game, with a group of four. The lobby was packed, no organization at all. The maitre d' and staff were overwhelmed and over worked. No "PA" or paging system. Very archaic method of seating customers. Felt very claustrophobic, and in the dark about our visit. Was given falls hope about ever getting a table. We will not be returning to this establishment any time soon. Until they get their act together and join every other restaurant in the 21Th century. We will have to eat chicken mc nuggets for a while. At least the service will be 10 times better than this place.

My family and I decided to celebrate my boyfriend's birthday last night at BWW and since we were a large group we were seated outside which is not bad considering the weather in SoCal is only getting better. Our server was kind and respectful, although he did spill a drink on one of my relatives he managed to handle the situation the best that he could by cleaning up, apologizing, and having the manager come out to check up on us to make sure everything was okay. That manager along with our server was attentive and apologetic to the spill and was kind enough to offer my family a discount on our overall bill.

This is our go-to for Sunday football. Although it's a bit overpriced, they pretty much let you hang out for as long as you like. Last year they served breakfast on Sundays, this year they don't. We're highly disappointed about that.

By far the worst dine in experience I've had. I asked for a table for 6 they squeeze us into a a table set for 5 by a wall. No room for anything. The server suggest they move us outside to a bigger table. We ordered our drinks. I asked for a coffee and the server mentions they are out of creamers. I said it's fine I'll still take it. We get our drinks and order. At that time I ask him for some sugar our food comes out still no sugar. He comes back to introduce us to a recovering server. I ask for some sugar again. We start eating and some of the wings were still raw! Sever comes back no sugar so I go look for it myself. They promised they'd bring it out 20 minutes pass still no sugar. Finally I get some Along with a refill the server aka if I'd like milk I said sure. She returns with the milk in a dirty, gross shot glass. At this point I say that's it. Can't deal with this lazy ass excuse for a restaurant. The place looks like they were just hit by a tornado and seems that they only clean tables if one is needed. So gross! Won't ever be back not even to take out. They need immediate improvement! Management should be embarrassed.

HORRIBLE MANAGEMENT!!!! Drove all the way from Upland to meet some friends for dinner / drinks and to watch the Canelo vs Lara fight (arrived before pre-fights) .... Only to be turned away at the door advising they were sold out for the night. Worst of all, I called 1 hour before driving out here to see if they were having the fight and they said "yes" and also if I could reserve a table in advance. To top it off, I was not even allowed in the bar restaurant / bar to wait for our friends. I asked "is it already full inside?".... He tells me no, but we still cannot wait inside. He then proceeds to tell me to "try another BWW"... Unbelievable customer service... Never again will I patron #buffalowildwings

This is my first time try this location but I have to write a bad review of it because this is the worst experience I ever had in BWW! I went to different location of BWW before and I always have excellent or great service, but not this time! I have 4 people in my party and we ordered 35 wings on the first round with 4 beers. Unfortunately, my 5 wings of honey BBQ changed to lemon pepper. I have to re-order it because it was not shown on our order list. Since the food arrived, we ask for more vegetables because it was only enough for one per person. We have asked for 4 times then veg shows up! (Waited for more than an hour) After a cup of beer, we asked for second round but it takes ages to arrive! Come on' how long does it takes to get a glass of beer? We waited 30 mins for a glass! The worst is... After we finished the wings, no one clean up! Not even pick up the empty glasses! The one in S.Pasadena usually clean up when they walk pass! Now, I don't know should I come back to this location or back to S.Pasadena or the one is City of Industry.

No elevator music here thank god, but jalapeño poppers are awesome and huge,w/ southwestern sauce went hand and hand with poppers. My wifey had x2 Bahama Momas cocktails and I had only 1 22 oz draft of Hanger 24 double barrel IPA 9 percent abc, we ordered the boneless wings. So good but hot ass he"l which we loved. But my custom built burger was the sh't. Omg I thought out loud, lol but can't have a great dinning experience w/ o a great server and her name was Delene. She was very attentive and kind( brought a smile to our table). Thnx Delene for ur customer service.

Metro PCS has better service than this BWW location. Walked in with friends in the afternoon so it was completely empty and 4 of the crew members just stared at us. Very bad experience.

Apparently each location sets the price for their special wing day. This location has it set for 69 cents a wing! NOT BADDDD considering you normally pay about a buck for a wing! I'm not a huge wings person.. so I'm glad I came on their 69 cent Wing Tuesday! Prepare to call the fire department because we couldn't handle the Habanero mango flavor. Don't let the first bite of sweetness get to you. It comes. It hits you good. Your ears will ring. You will ask for milk. Or I guess you can man it up and wash it down with some beer.... even then your mouth will be burning for a few minutes. I don't even want to know what the next two spiciest levels feel like! EEEEEK. We came during happy hour and we ordered the Magic Hat 9 (tall) for $4.95. I decided I wanted the same beer, but smaller and ordered a regular size for $5.25. I felt kinda meh about this. COME ON. If I was your waitress, I would DEFINITELY point out to you that getting the bigger was cheaper. Even if I didn't want to finish it all, I'm sure my friend would have finished it for me. It's only great customer service that would have pointed that out. OH WELL. Now I know. Now hopefully you know too!

Worst customer service. Every employee is rude af. You ask one a question and they of course don't know and point you in the the direction of another waiter that of course doesn't know anything. I told the waiter bring me the bill and she instead brought me another round if drinks. Just RUDE RUDE RUDE is all I can say. Really need to work on there customer service skills!

I've been to this location a few times. I'm not a big fan of BWW, they just seem really overpriced for what you get. It's a fun atmosphere to watch sports in if you're a fan. Wings are good, I get the Parmesan Garlic wings with buffalo sauce on the side...BOMB!!!! I've only sat in the bar area, service in there sucks, but I think that's expected at most restaurant bars being there's usually only 1-2 servers. Overall it's a good place to meet a few friends and try and catch up, I say try because it's pretty stinkin' loud.

  • Alex N.

Service sucks so bad, employees are rude and don't even try to be welcoming to their guests. They have super slow service and always take forever to even ask if we need anything else. I've had to get up and get my own refills and napkins because they are just ridiculous here. I honestly don't understand how most of the employees even got hired. Would rather go to Denny's or mc Donald's & have happier people serve me

Came here last night with a friend because we needed an "Adult" night out. I'm not a big drinker whatsoever, but I do love some wings, so we decided to head to Buffalo Wild Wings, or as I love to call it - B-dubs. Here's a trivia tip: do you know why it is BW-3? Back in the day, the restaurant was originally called Buffalo Wild Wings & Weck - referring to a beef on weck sandwich. The more you know, right? The place was pretty crowded, and we were quoted a 15-20 minute wait, but we found a clean table in the bar right off the bat, so we sat in there (open seating, first come first serve). We ordered drinks, I got a Newcastle (specified short), and my friend got an Angry Balls (Angry Orchard Apple Cider and a shot of Fireball Whiskey). They brought it as a drink and a shot, which was proper, however they really skimped on the cider - bringing her less than half a glass. I got a tall drink. I didn't say anything, but made a mental note. For an appetizer, we ordered the Chili con Queso with tortilla chips - my only gripe is, no matter how little dip you use, there is never enough for all the chips they give you. But it's tasty and delicious, and you should try it. We ordered 20 wings, and probably received 24 or 25, so that was a bonus, I suppose. We ordered: Parmesan Garlic (my favorite), Caribbean Jerk, Teriyaki, and Chipotle dry rub. All of them were delicious, with Parmesan Garlic being my favorite. The atmosphere is fun - typical sportsbar - tons of tv's, and they had the game playing over the loud speaker (although I don't think that is legal due to licensing agreements, but maybe they have one - or more than likely, they don't know/don't care). My friend and I love playing Buzztime Trivia - so we asked the bartender to turn one of the smaller TV's to the trivia channel, and we played one another. It's a fun place, and they have great happy hour prices too, if you come in before 6:00

Absolutely disappointed with the service at the West Covina Buffalo Wild Wings, to being, we arrive at 8:30pm on a Friday night and of course we were expecting it to be busy, we were told it would be about 45 minutes for a table, we thought that we would wait. 9:25 rolls around and people who arrived after us get seated so I spoke with the hostess 55 minutes later and she apologized and said we would be next. 5 minutes later she asked if we would be okay with a wobbly table, yes a wobbly table. We were fed up with our wait time so we just took it. Next, waitress comes around ask for our drinks and takes our order, waitress brings us our plates, napkins, etc... and doesn't place them at our table she rudely slides them, my girlfriend is in the culinary field and we were highly disappointed with the services, we expect a lot more from a popular chain restaurant.

What a mess. Sat down and wasn't even spoken to for 15 minutes gave up and we left. It seems like a place that specializes in "game day" food and atmosphere would have their game on point. Third strike. Unfortunate! I guess Hooters it is.

I've been here on two separate occasions: the first one on a Thursday night and the second (and most recent one) on a Monday afternoon. On my first trip, it was a Thursday night at around 10pm with a friend. It was quite crowded. We weren't seated for a good 20 minutes. What's ridiculous, however, is that the first 10 minutes were completely wasted. When my friend and I walked in, we weren't greeted by the hostess at the podium. The lady was fully aware of us walking in, but didn't bother to ask us if we were dining in or picking up or whatever. Not knowing what to expect, we sat down and waited (seeing that there were other people waiting). It wasn't until 10 minutes after did we grow restless and ask if we could be seated. Surprise, surprise; we weren't taken accounted of. We were seated 10 minutes later. My friend and I decided to grab 12 wings each (we be hungry!) and share an appetizer. Our friendly waitress did recommend the potato wedges, and even made a special order in the kitchen to add bacon on top at no extra charge. EXTREMELY nice of her! Who doesn't love some bacon on top of their potato wedges? We got our wings. Included was parmesan garlic, spicy garlic, and mango habanero. Beware of the mango habanero! Sweet and savory... but then that kick in the end will have you knocking back your drinks faster than you could finish a wing! Service was ok that night. Drinks were refilled for the first half... the second half of our stay, our cups remained empty without any waitress noticing. On my second trip, it was a Monday afternoon at around 3pm (oddly enough with the same friend). If you just want to eat some chicken, avoid the sassy service, and stay away from rowdy patrons, then come around this time! It wasn't crowded, and we were seated right away. Despite not being too crowded, service was still kind of slow. Don't get me wrong, they were attentive. It just took forever for everything to come together. We ordered the potato wedges (sans bacon; no special order this time :( ) and some wings. Our appetizer didn't come out until 15 minutes later... along with our wings. Meh. In conclusion, aside from the somewhat slow service, the wings are finger lickin' good. I love me some spicy garlic. Come for the food, not the service. Interesting fact: you can actually ask the waitress to try the sauces. Be warned: make sure you order some fries or something. If you do ask to try the sauces, they just give it to you as is, no fries or anything.

Word to the wise: if you value your time, don't come here. Placed a phone order and was told food would be ready for pick up in 25 minutes. An hour later, still No food. Poor management and zero customer service skills. Won't make the mistake of coming here again.

Everything here is pretty exceptional! The service can be slow at times but hey they're busy as can be and have a lot to do so that I understand. My waitress was great(don't remember her name) she was very attentive to what my boyfriend and I needed and made sure we had everything in a timely manner. The wings themselves we alright, I got Mango Habanero and Caribbean Jerk together and the flavors kicked my ass lol but I had an over good experience here and definitely plan on returning on multiple occasions

Cannot stand the service here. I wish the other BWW wasn't so far or else I'd go there instead. It's amazing to me how each time I visit, each server is just as rude or horrible as the last.

  • Lupe T.

I love the atmosphere but the service totally SUCKED. came to enjoy a baseball game our server Jessica took FOREVER. I sat at my table of 8 for 15 min before we were helped...we had to get our own napkins had to ask another server for service. When we got our bill prices were wrong. People got their drinks before others who had ordered first. Our food was wrong. When the game was over she automatically brought our bill without us asking for it...so I asked if she was off she said no...but the game is over. Totally unprofessional. She brought back a .75 cent change saying thanks for the change. RIDICULOUS. HORRIBLE SERVICE.

Came here Wednesday July 9 around 1230 & it was the worst service ever. The manager had such an attitude I will not be coming back. I will let everybody know how terrible this place was. Worst soda, slow service , kept forgetting what I orderd. Asked for Ice cream & took about 30-45 to get it. Bye bww . Alondras in Whittier is a little farther from me but they at least know what they're doing.

I came here with the family for a night out and was really good for my first time. Not a huge selection of food I'm used to at restaurants but was still all very good. Our waitress was very sweet and nice, sucks I don't know her name and she was cute I must add lol. Prices were very reasonable as we'll since for 5 adults and 2 children our bill was about 160 which I was surprised on since I though it'd be more expensive. Especially with ordering 3 mixed drinks, a few beers, 3 appetizers and everyone's entree. Overall great place to grab a bite to eat :)

Worse wing place ever. Too chunky, pricey, too much drummies. Wing stop is way crispier and better wings.. Nuthin special!! Waiting my Order for almost half hour, worse service everr. Their curry sauce is sooo bad!

So we ordered the mango habanero which is the third to hottest sauce on the menu which obviously and even considerately should have came with water just in case but no. When I spoke to the manager, all he said was that they do not offer water but promote beer and then he took off. Never again. Ever.

Hit or miss, I've gone a few times and either it's descent or pretty bad. Drinks are good, wings are horrible, all breading and no meat and super crunchy. Again hit or miss. Staff is ehhh some are nice some are mean. Wait is too long for not the greatest of services.

The most terrible BWW experience ever! When we arrived we waited outside, along with about fifteen other people, and were being basically harassed by a man who was obviously under the influence of something. He was putting his hands on other girls and the BWW employee at the door did nothing about it. Appetizer was brought out with the food (pet peeve, because it defeats the purpose of an appetizer). When the food came out, what seemed like an extremely long time for the amount of people in the bar, it was the most dry and stale wings I have ever tasted. Had to send a good amount of our group's food back. When we asked for a refill of a lemonade the waiter dropped it off and it was a mixture of what seemed like water and lemon (nothing like what had been brought out before). When we asked the waiter what it was he stated the lemonade was running out so that's the reason it tasted that way. Wouldn't a good waiter come back with that info to the customer and ask them what they would like instead and not just drop it off hoping the customer wouldn't notice? I've been to many BWW many times and this one plain and simply put, SUCKS!

Still can't get enough of the boneless mango habanero wings! Service has always been consistent for me. Gotta have my mango fix at least once every 2 weeks, sometimes once a week! Lol

Came here for St. Party's day. Place was packed so I guess that's the reason for the mediocre service. Although, the beer was ice cold. My wife's cocktail was tasty and the food was...warm, could of been hotter but again, probably from the busy-ness of it all. If you want to catch a game and drink really cold beer, this place is a good spot, Just don't expect your wallet to be as thick as it was when you came in because this place ain't cheap.

  • Evanka E.

Don't order take out, wings always come out dry!! They barely put any sauce on the wings so it taste like a normal chicken wing. So disappointed. This happened to me three times already. Hire employees that are actually hard workers for once and not upon looks.

Man this one hurts because I come here often, but a new trend in servers seems to be laziness. The waitress we had seemed dazed confused, and just plain bored. Had to wait 20 mins to get our bill, mind you she was walking around but it was almost as if she was purposely staring at the floor as not to deal with her customers. I love Buffalo Wild Wings and the food was awesome but terrible service like this makes me consider Wing Stop.

Buffalo wild wing This resturaunt is not a good place of business , they have Motorcyle gangs that meet here on weekends always making brawls and fighting in the parking lot , my car was park here and apparently there was a brawl that started from inside BBW Which lead to them parking lot and two guys were fighting which among them they did some damaged to a few cars - one which one was mine - I was really was pissed off On an other occasion i even heard there was an individual who took a gun inside this establishment . For my own personal safety for my family and friends I refuse to go inside this place My health and integrity is more important than for me to come to a place like this to drink eat or watch the sport games

Went to Buffalo Wild Wings tonight in West Covina with the family for dinner. I've been to other locations but this was the first and the last time I will ever come to this one! Not only was the service horrible..and they weren't even that busy.. But the food was horrible! We ordered wings and when we received them they were cold and tasted over cooked!

  • Ray P.

Came in before the dinner rush and the manager and all the servers stood around as we waited to be sat. There were 6 servers, three standing with the manager talking. They looked at us and continued. Normally we figured the service here is rough because of how busy it is, but no the service just sucks here. Shoot out to our server, Ami who didn't just try and give a table away.

    I eat here all the time. The front desk is always in a craze lmao. It's always hella busy during tues-thurs. I usually take out on those days. Make sure u ask for celery and carrots and that they give u extra free ranch (;

  • Alissa I.

Came here with my mom about a week ago to satisfy our cravings for chicken wings c:. It was about 9:30 pm & the place was pretty crowded in the bar area, but the booth area had about 4 or so open tables so the wait was only about 10 minutes. The service was pretty quick, and our waitress had a typically happy enough personality. Eh. The food was pretty good, & I really appreciate them labelling the wing containers once theyre served to you. However, one thing I would chagne is the volume of the music. Was very loud, and made conversation difficult. Overall it was a nice experience, though it seems like something a sports fan would enjoy more than I did.
